We offer both one-on-one personal training sessions and small-group personal training for 2–4 people. In a small group, you still benefit from a personalized approach, while the training cost is shared among participants, making regular coaching more affordable.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

A physiotherapist helps identify the causes of pain, discomfort, or movement limitations and creates a recovery and movement plan tailored to your individual needs. Physiotherapy is suitable both for injury rehabilitation and for preventing various overuse-related problems.
