I started training with Roman in August 2016, when my previous trainer moved away from Estonia. As someone who needs constant motivation, I have always found it necessary to train with a coach. What I value in Roman as a trainer is his creativity— even during periods when I train 4–5 times a week, the workouts never become routine. I once found myself wondering how he manages to come up with so many different exercises. The answer is actually simple: he is a true professional in his field. Training with him is dynamic and, importantly for me, fun. Even when laziness occasionally creeps in and I think about skipping a workout, after an hour of training under Roman’s energetic yet calm guidance, my mood is always better, and fatigue, boredom, and worries are gone. Roman is a good friend, and his training is an even better investment in one’s own health.

I have always led an active lifestyle, trying different sports and working with various trainers. However, I never really stuck with any particular sport or person. For me, it was important that the trainer themselves are in good shape and live a healthy lifestyle, are above average in intelligence so we could talk about more than just food and weights, and are positive and motivating by nature.
