I have been involved in sports my entire life – I have been playing football since I was 8 years old. Fortunately, I have been able to turn my passion into my profession, helping others find joy in movement and sports—one person at a time.

“Healthy mind in a healthy body” is a motto I also want to pass on to my clients, as a person’s physical condition is closely linked to mental health. Let’s be healthy in every sense!

My goal is to motivate people to move more through personal example and knowledge.

I train and support people of different ages and goals—from recreational athletes to elite athletes.

Education:

  • 2008–2011 Tallinn University, Institute of Health Sciences and Sports, Faculty of Physical Education, Recreation (work capacity restoration), Bachelor’s degree
  • 2011 Gluckerkolleg International Personal Trainer Certification
  • 2012–2014 Estonian School of Massage and Therapy, Sports Massage qualification

Achievements as a trainer:

  • 2015 MyFitness Personal Trainer of the Year
  • 2018 MyFitness Most Successful Trainer of the Year

I have always loved movement and have been involved in various sports at different levels—from judo to rock climbing, and from ballroom dancing to skateboarding. Even as a child, I was interested in testing and pushing my limits.

At the same time, I have always felt the desire not only to help myself but also others. Over the years, these interests have become my profession, and as a physiotherapist I have had the opportunity to help people on multiple fronts.

While working in a hospital, I specialized in rehabilitation of neurological patients, and later, in a football team, I helped elite athletes find a balance between health and peak performance.

I believe that every person—regardless of their “shape,” age, or occupation—is capable of feeling good in their own body. I do everything I can to help you find joy in movement and give you the skills needed to live pain-free.

Education:

  • 2007–2010 Tartu Health Care College, Physiotherapy

Movement has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel good in their own body—regardless of age, previous experience, or personal goals.

As a physiotherapist and personal trainer, my greatest passion is helping you discover the joy of movement and achieve better well-being based on your individual needs. To me, exercise is about much more than building a stronger body—it is about gaining confidence, improving your health, and creating balance in everyday life.

I hold a degree in Physiotherapy and have further specialized as a Mat Pilates instructor. I have also completed the Intensive PT course. Exercise during pregnancy and postnatal recovery have been areas of particular interest to me since my physiotherapy studies. In fact, pregnant women were my very first clients at the studio, and supporting them has remained an important part of my work ever since.

Exercise helps women feel stronger throughout pregnancy, supports the birth process, and promotes a faster recovery after childbirth, making it easier to return to an active lifestyle. Babies and children are always welcome in our studio.

I offer one-on-one personal training sessions as well as small group classes. My goal is to help people move with greater awareness and confidence.

I strive to create an environment where you feel supported, valued, and truly seen. Together, we are not only building a stronger body—we are building trust, confidence, and lasting habits. Our weekly sessions become a partnership where we celebrate successes, work through challenges, and move steadily toward your goals.

I firmly believe that the greatest transformations come from small, consistent steps.

Education

  • 2006–2009 – Physiotherapy, Tartu Health Care College
  • 2018–2019 – Mat Pilates Instructor Course, Flexus Pilates Studio
  • 2021 – Intensive PT

I look forward to welcoming you just as you are today. Together, we’ll find the path to a stronger, healthier, and happier you. 💚

I have always been active and passionate about different sports and forms of movement. After high school, I began studying physical education, knowing that I wanted to help others become more skilled in their bodies.

As a trainer, I have worked with young people from as young as 1 year old through to adults. My main focus has been children and youth, whom I have trained primarily in acrobatics and cheerleading.

I understand how important it is for children and young people to build a strong foundation of movement skills. At the same time, I see how many adults have missed out on developing certain abilities in their youth—but it is never too late if there is interest and willingness. That is why I aim to support anyone who wants to feel more confident and capable in their body.

Education:

  • 2008–2011 Tallinn University, Institute of Health Sciences and Sports, Physical Education, Bachelor’s degree

My motto is: “If you want something, you will find a way—if not, you will find an excuse.”

Movement and an active lifestyle give me mental balance, support my performance, and bring energy and joy to life. I enjoy challenging myself through different activities—whether it’s triathlon, hiking in the mountains, the Võhandu Marathon, Hyrox, or early morning runs. These moments teach me discipline, dedication, and self-overcoming.

I am here for you if you want to change your habits and bring more movement into your daily life. Whether your goal is taking your first steps in the gym or aiming for bigger endurance challenges, you can come alone, with a friend, or join a group circuit training session where we build strength together with other great people.

Education:

  • 2022–2023 IntensivePT – Personal Trainer Certification
  • 2025 Estonian Powerlifting Federation – Strength and gym coaching (EKR levels 3–5)
  • 2025 Sport for All Association – Training and nutrition: evidence-based approach to performance improvement
